Registration & Payment

Where a program requires payment, a deposit is required to confirm registration. The balance is due by the stated deadline. An invoice will be issued following registration. By registering, you agree to these terms in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds are available until the cancellation deadline stated at registration. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee described below.

Money-Back Guarantee

For paid programs: if within one month of the program you feel it did not bring you value, your investment will be returned in full. No conditions, no questions.

Health & Safety

Participants must be 18 years or older. Our instructors are not licensed therapists. Programs complement but do not substitute professional mental health care. Participants experiencing a mental health crisis are advised to seek professional support before attending.

Minimum Enrollment

Programs may require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, registered participants will be notified and fully refunded.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, and recordings remain the property of Mindfulness Inc. Sharing or reproducing materials without written permission is not permitted.
